Completed and tested. 85 continental tweaked to 95hp, Ed Sterba prop, boat section has been stretched 19", cruise speed 140, top speed verified both ways using GP is 161. Empty weight is 700 lbs. fly by thought, not by stick, it is that damn responsive.
